Is This Tournament a Good Fit?
This event welcomes players of all levels, from absolute beginners (no USCF membership required for the Development section) through intermediate players, with separate sections for ratings U400 through U2000. Each section uses a Swiss format with time controls ranging from fast G/15 in the Development section to classical G/45 in the U2000 section, so you can choose a pace that matches your style. With entry fees as low as free and sections tailored to different skill levels, this is an accessible and inclusive option for players looking to compete or get started in tournament chess.
