Is This Tournament a Good Fit?
This event uses USCF ratings to assign players to either an Open section (1400+) or Reserve section (0–1399/Unrated), so you'll compete against others near your skill level. The G/30+5 time control and five-round Swiss format make for a single-day commitment. Both sections offer prize funds, with the Open section awarding up to $360 for first place and the Reserve section up to $240.
