Is This Tournament a Good Fit?
This three-day Swiss tournament offers separate sections for open and under-2000 players, making it accessible whether you're a developing player or competing at the highest levels. With classical time control (90 minutes plus 30-second increment), you'll have ample time for thoughtful play across five rounds. The $100 entry fee is notably affordable, and titled players compete free—plus the prestigious Saint Louis Chess Club venue adds to the appeal for a Thanksgiving weekend event.
